completed. Once the service has been initiated or completed, we cannot provide a refund.
Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as registrations and certifications, are
non-refundable once processed. These include services like Pvt Ltd Company Registration, Trademark
Registration, GST Registration, etc.

question and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your case and provide a response.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to deliver the service within the agreed time
frame and there are no valid reasons (like external delays).
- Errors by StartupMancer: If we make a mistake in processing or delivering the service
(e.g., incorrect information provided during registration).
- Unfulfilled Expectations: If the service does not meet your expectations, we will
evaluate the situation and, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund.
3. Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Request" and provide a detailed explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.
- Review Process: We will review your request and investigate the situation. We may ask
for additional information to process your request.
- Decision: Once reviewed, we will provide you with a response regarding your refund
request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used to make the
original payment unless otherwise agreed.

The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund:
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about the service after it has been initiated.
- Completed Work: If the service has already been delivered, such as the submission of
forms or certifications.
- Client Delay: If the refund request is due to delays or issues caused by the client,
such as failure to provide required documentation or information on time.

- Government or third-party fees for registrations
- Charges for materials and documents already provided
